☞ Unused items may be returned for exchange or a full refund in the original condition within 7 days of delivery. Please CONTACT US via ETSY MESSAGES within 7 days of receiving your order with a Return or Exchange Request. If your item is eligible for a return or exchange, it must be returned to us within 14 DAYS of delivery.
If your returned item is eligible for a refund, we will credit your original method of payment, excluding shipping costs both ways. For returns and exchanges the buyer is responsible for shipping costs both ways. Initial shipping costs paid are non-refundable.
PLEASE DO NOT SEND AN ITEM BACK TO US WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST VIA ETSY MESSAGES AND RECEIVING A RETURN AUTHORIZATION. WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PROCESS YOUR RETURN IF YOU SEND IT BACK WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION.
☞ We will process the returns in 5-10 days of receiving the returned package. The items have to be returned to us within 14 days of delivery.
☞ If the item returned is not in the original unworn condition or damaged in transit, the buyer will be responsible for the damages up to the full value of the item. Please keep all packaging if you are planning to return the item for safe transit.
☞ If an item with the FREE SHIPPING promotion is returned, the refund amount will be the item price minus $6 to cover the initial shipping expenses we incurred. Amount paid for shipping upgrades are also non-refundable.

☞ We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, or problems arising from the failures of the United States Postal Service. We will not be able to refund you in these cases if they arise. Please select either of the "USPS First Class (Insured)" or "USPS Priority Mail" or "USPS Priority Mail Express" shipping options at checkout to protect your package in transit. Shipping insurance only covers packages that are lost or damaged in transit. Once the package is marked delivered by USPS, shipping insurance will not apply to your package. If the package is lost or stolen after delivery is completed by USPS to your address, we recommend getting a police report for stolen package and filing a claim through your home insurance.

We have no control over what happens to a package AFTER delivery is completed by USPS. ☞ If your tracking shows the package was delivered and you cannot locate the package please follow these steps. In our experience, the package is usually found after the first few steps.
1 - Check the shipping address provided for your order and make sure it is correct,
2 - Check the areas the postal worker might have left the package such as porch, mailbox or any unusual places the package might have been left, dropped or forgotten around the property, inside the house or even inside the cars,
3 - Check with the others in the household to see if anyone picked the package up for you,
4 - Check with your neighbors if they accidentally got your mail,
5 - Call or stop by at your local post office and speak to a supervisor for them to locate where the package was delivered.
We respond to most questions, inquiries, comments and/or concerns within 24 hours of receipt. However, you'll likely hear back from us MUCH sooner than that! ;-)
☞ For any changes to an order that has NOT shipped yet, please contact us IMMEDIATELY. We endeavor to make our pieces within 1-12 hours of receiving your order, so if you have any last minute changes, you have to convo us immediately within that time frame or else any changes will not be incorporated in your order!
☞ For most of our hanging gemstone necklace pictures, please be aware that we try to capture the color of the gemstone as true to color as possible. When the necklace is worn around your neck and resting against your body, the gemstone will naturally seem slightly darker as light is not passing through it. You will definitely see its truest color when worn in natural daylight. Furthermore, different computer screens will display the colors with slight variation but we try our best to capture it as true to color as possible. :-)
