☞ We will ship your jewelry in our custom gift box via USPS First Class Mail. Delivery will take 2 to 7 business days. (( Do NOT choose USPS First Class Mail if you need your items urgently; upgrade your shipment method to USPS Priority Mail instead! ))

☞ We also offer upgrades to faster shipping methods at Checkout. Via USPS Priority Mail delivery will take 1 to 3 business days and via USPS Priority Mail Express 1-2 business days.

(( Both domestic shipping methods include a USPS tracking number. ))

☞ We are not responsible from any lost or stolen packages, or problems arising from the failures of the United States Postal Service. We will not be able to refund you in these cases if they arise. Please select either of the "USPS First Class (Insured)" or "USPS Priority Mail" shipping options at checkout to enable a money back guarantee on your order.

☞ We will ship your jewelry in our custom gift box via USPS First Class Package International. On average, delivery will take 2 to 5 weeks. Actual transit time may vary depending on your destination. All Customs' duties and fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

☞ All Customs' duties, import fees and V.A.T. charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

(( For both international shipping methods, a USPS tracking number will usually be available for most destinations. ))

☞☞☞ Buyers From Germany --> Unfortunately, we no longer ship to Germany. We apologize for the inconvenience.

☞ For any packages mailed via USPS First Class Package International -OR- USPS Priority Mail International, we will purchase insurance for up to the full value of the items purchased, totally free of charge to the buyer. (This applies only if the insurance option is available for your destination; most of the time, it is.)

☞ We are not responsible from any lost or stolen packages or problems due to the local postal delivery service. Shipping costs paid by the buyer go directly to the postal service: we will not be able to refund you on the shipping costs. Please make sure to give us your correct and complete address and phone number, especially for international orders. If an item is marked "Undeliverable As Addressed / Address Incomplete / Address Inaccessible / Addressee Unknown / Unclaimed / Refused / No Such Address" and returned to us, the buyer will be responsible for shipping costs. We have no control over any problems that may or may not occur during the shipping/transit process, and thus, we are not responsible for such problems, should they arise.
